Eva Stammers is part of the labour law and contract law practice groups at Van Veen Advocaten. She drafts employment contracts and general terms and conditions which are appropriate to the company, advises and litigates on discussions relating to Collective Labour Agreement provisions or dismissal.  
 
Eva studied Law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. She graduated with a Master's in Civil Law with a focus on labour law. During her studies, Eva was president of the Women's Rights Centre in Nijmegen. During her board year, she assembled a quality committee to safeguard the quality of the legal advice - something that is typical of what she does.  

Eva is an ethical and accessible lawyer who is interested in her clients. She is an attentive listener, enabling her to understand the type of legal support the client needs. Emotions can run high, but Eva remains calm and keeps everything on an even keel. Even in stressful situations, she applies her controlled and thorough approach and proposes creative solutions.
